Smart Araneta Coliseum
At the heart of Araneta City is the 20,000-seater Smart Araneta Coliseum, the country's iconic sports and entertainment mecca — famous for what is considered one of boxing's best fights ever, the "Thrilla in Manila" between Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier.
The Big Dome had its makeover in March 2012 with a 4-storey glass wall atrium at the Green Gate, now its ceremonial entrance. Improved lobbies, upper box and patron sections, and all-new arena seats now host over 260 local and international shows every year, alongside an exclusive VIP lounge for Owner's Circle members with direct access to the Parking Garage South.

The classic '60s entertainment landmark has been reborn into a 2,500-capacity ultra-modern theater with the latest audio, visual and lighting technologies — a multi-function venue for concerts, private gatherings, conventions and seminars, with al-fresco dining along its perimeter.
Since officially opening on August 15, 2015, it has hosted acts from Disney Live to Little Mix, Charlie Puth and Russell Peters, as well as local stars Xian Lim and Kyla.

Binibining Pilipinas
The annual Binibining Pilipinas beauty pageant is a continuing project of Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Incorporated (BPCI), founded by Stella Marquez Araneta — a fund-raising activity supporting orphans, indigent families and other less fortunate members of Philippine society.
For over four decades, BPCI has scoured the country for its representatives while providing skills training, educational workshops and mission work to marginalized communities.
